Mark as Useful I am sick of this number calling my cell phone. It's some foreign woman who calls, and you can't understand a word she is saying. I just immediately hang up. I am reporting this number as a PEST to my Public Utitility Commission as a PEST.

Mark as Useful They tell you they work for Bank Corp.& because you pay your bills on time you're eligible for a reuced interest rate on your Visa or M/C accounts. Then they ask for expiration date on the card you want your rates lowered. After that they want the last twelve numbers of your account. Too much information!!!
